From start to finish, you'll own the procurement process—making sure every detail counts and every deadline is met.In this 12‑month maternity cover role, you'll own the end‑to‑end sourcing and administration process, ensuring our clients get the best products and services at competitive prices. From managing tenders and negotiating supplier terms to maintaining accurate product data and driving supply chain efficiency—you'll be at the heart of it all.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities as a Procurement Specialist will be:Source and price products and large tenders within tight deadlines.Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs.Negotiate favourable terms to optimise cost and efficiency.Ensure accurate catalogues and smooth order processing.Resolve invoice queries and manage returns effectively.QualificationsProven procurement experience (Office Supplies industry preferred).Exceptional negotiation and pricing analysis skills.ERP system know‑how and strong Excel skills.Ability to thrive under pressure with enthusiasm and self‑motivation.Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach.CIPS qualification (desirable, not essential).About usWe're Commercial – a purpose‑driven, people‑first organisation on an exciting journey to reach a £100m annual turnover and beyond.
