Our client is seeking an experienced IFA Administration Manager to take on a key leadership role within the firm. This is a genuinely influential position where you will be integral to the management structure and play a pivotal part in shaping the administration function as the business evolves. The Role As the IFA Administration Manager, you will : Lead, mentor, and develop a growing administration team (currently a team of five, with expansion expected). Adopt a “player / manager” approach - providing hands‑on support with more complex administration tasks where required. Oversee workflows, ensure high-quality output and implement process improvements across the administration function. Work closely with advisers and management to ensure seamless client service delivery. Contribute to the forward growth and operational efficiency of the business.
