This post is responsible for the management of Lands team and transactions on behalf of the Council. To be responsible to the Head of Corporate Governance for the overall management and professional oversight of the Council's Land and Public Right of Way portfolio and to provide effective leadership to the Compliance (lands) and Public Rights of Way Team. Full Time - 36 hours per week, Mon to Fri. Scale PO6, SCP 41 - 44 (£52,413 - £55,611) Based at City Hall, Bangor (and will be required to work throughout the borough) A reserve list may be maintained for one year from which other similar casual posts may be filled.
