The Club is a well-established dual-use leisure facility, serving over 2,000 members and supporting the PE and Sports programme for more than 1,000 pupils at Wellington College throughout the academic year. We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Casual General Assistants. This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring our members and visitors experience a warm, professional and welcoming environment, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Club across reception, fitness facilities, swimming pool and bar/café. The Health & Fitness Club reflects this ethos, offering a safe, inclusive and high-quality space for health, wellbeing and recreation. As part of our team, you will be expected to uphold the College’s core values of kindness, integrity, respect, responsibility and courage. We welcome applicants with experience in leisure or hospitality, particularly those who have worked in multi-functional environments and are confident delivering high standards of customer care. Familiarity with First Aid, safeguarding, food hygiene, and leisure management systems is desirable. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and strong swimming ability is required.
