Clear progression to ownership - scope for shares in the business as part of succession planning. Leadership responsibility - oversee and mentor a talented team of 6 planners (majority graduates/juniors). Flexible working - work from home on Mondays, office-based for the rest of the week. Strong financial package - £70,000 - £75,000 plus benefits depending on experience. About You MRTPI qualified with strong experience at Senior or Associate level. Private sector background, not essential to have a client base that would follow. Confident in client management and capable of winning/retaining work. Enjoy mentoring and developing junior talent. Commercially minded with an interest in the future direction of the business.
