Facilities Supervisor

As the Facilities Supervisor you will be knowledgeable in cleaning processes and have an awareness and understanding of Infection Prevention Control and COSHH. You will have passion to learn on how to lead a team and have experience with staff management. You will ensure the day-to-day team tasks are also met. Some of your duties will be to carry out cleaning audits, pre-planned maintenance, rota planning, and other office-based work. What we offer is a robust training and induction programme. To ensure that the grounds and gardens are maintained to a tidy and presentable standard. A clear understanding of the hospital cleaning service and the standards required, regarding infection control. Assist in the recruitment, induction, probationary period development and training of staff. Ensuring that the correct work methods are observed.
