Team Leader - Creative Support Creative Support are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to manage our team of support staff in our Waterloo service in Liverpool. The role requires a strong background in learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health needs, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Responsibility Overview Directly lead the team and be responsible for the line management of team members. Operate as a Team Leader across different streams of support and ensure effective running of services with the support of other senior staff. Undertake direct support to service users as part of daily duties. Provide person‑centred care and support to enable people with mental health needs to live as independently as possible and be part of their community. Engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships. Undertake assessments of new referrals and ensure robust review processes for those who use the services. Work closely with other professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated personalised service, meeting the identified needs, promoting recovery and maintaining quality of life. Deputise for the Mental Health Manager in relevant work areas when required, providing staff supervision and management, undertaking initial assessments and liaising with other professionals and agencies. Qualifications & Experience This role does not require formal qualifications but does require proven experience in the fields of learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health care, and autism spectrum services. Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Salary & Benefits Probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days leave, company‑paid enhanced DBS.
