We are looking to hire a fluent Italian, part-time Private PA/Nanny to work a maximum of 15 hours a week, ideally split over 3 days; Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons. Schedule can be altered to fit the right candidate.

All Private PA/Nannies applying must ideally have some previous experience working with 9/10 year old children and be happy with Private PA duties, working alongside a permanent Private PA/House Manager.

This is the perfect job for an Italian speaking Nanny/Junior Private PA/Student looking for a permanent, part-time role working for a private family in London. Might also suit an Italian speaking Nanny looking to move away from a straight Nanny role who wants to develop their PA skills in a Junior Private PA role.

Duties:

  • Admin and caring for a 10 year old child
  • Assist the permanent Private PA/House Manager
  • Maintain a Master Weekly To Do List
  • Helping Child keep in order and tidy the Child's bedroom/bathroom, her play areas, school bags, scooter
  • Playing with, speaking and reading to the Child in Italian
  • Doing any homework/school exercises with the Child
  • Accompanying and attending children activity with the Child
  • Booking and attending medical appointments for the Child, if needed
  • Selecting suitable toys, books and apparatus for the Child
  • Booking activity classes and clubs for the Child
  • Occasional babysitting at times agreed in advance
  • Occasional Proxy-Parenting at times to be agreed
  • Running occasional household errands
  • Preparing a weekly menu plan, occasionally assisting with cooking for Child if housekeeper off
  • Personal shopping including a weekly Ocado, Amazon
  • Order items online when necessary (presents, clothes, flowers, bakery baskets, etc)
  • Selecting and wrapping gifts, i.e. Birthdays
  • Source items/services when necessary
  • Occasionally list items on eBay and follow up

This would suit a Nanny or PA looking for a self-employed contract.

Paying between £22-25 gross an hour, 15 hours a week.
