Sticking true to our values of loyalty, integrity and service, we are now the UK’s most established and respected specialist security services provider.Working hoursAverage 24 hours per week covering Saturday and Sunday, 0730 – 1930.What We OfferCompany sick pay schemePaid SIA licence renewalsEnhanced family leave payCycle to Work schemeHigh staff discounts & rewards schemeAccess to Digital GPExcellent pension schemeDeath in service - £5,000Recruitment bonus schemeNew business lead schemeEmployee assistance programmeWhat You Will NeedExcellent communication skills and a strong customer focusA valid SIA Front‑Line Licence – essentialA valid SIA CCTV Licence – desirableConfidence and the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levelsAbility to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressureExcellent IT skills, including Microsoft software packages (e.g. Excel)Full UK driving licence and own vehicle or reliable transportAble to achieve vetting to BS7858 StandardsWhat Are You Going To DoMaintain overall surveillance of the site, carrying out regular patrols and recording these as per Corps and customer requirementsEnsure all visitors and contractors to site are correctly briefed, sign in and out of the siteRecord the entry and exit of delivery whilst on site, including processing of paperwork in line with site quality proceduresTo ensure that patrols are carried out and to the correct standardsSet and unset primary and secondary alarm security systems for out of hours security provision if applicableComply with site waste management proceduresComplete documents as required including daily occurrence log, shift handover, incident/accident records and any site‑specific reportsEnsure you are familiar with Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and other quality & safety documents; advise Corps Duty Manager and/or client personnel on any changes or recommendations to improveMaintain your own training records via Corps Colleague Portal so that your skills remain up to date, and in particular your first aid and fire marshal training is in accordance with legislative guidelinesContinuously apply your SIA skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
