Casual SIA Stewards – Wembley Stadium We are expanding our Casual Stewarding pool to work directly for the Crowd Safety Team under the iconic Wembley National Stadium for the busy 2026 season. What you will be doing Deal with conflict, disorder and breaches of the ground regulations, including searching and ejecting spectators. Attend the Response Team Supervisor or Coordinator's briefing. Receive and follow instructions from the Response Team Supervisor or Control Room. Assess situations and initiate the required level of support. Ensure compliance with radio protocol and report disorder and emergencies immediately. Assist and respond to requests by the Management Team. Carry out the ejection of individuals as per the ejection policy and as part of a team. Work closely with the Control Operations, as all ejections will be authorised via them. Complete all ejection and incident reports fully and review them with your direct supervisor. Execute additional tasks as required to meet FA Group's changing priorities. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and well‑being. Complete a DBS check as required by the level of the job role and legal guidance. What we are looking for Qualified for, or in training towards, a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (RQF). Holder of a valid Door Supervisor Licence. Strong conflict management skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team and with spectators. Important note to all candidates To apply, you must provide proof of your Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety and a current Door Supervisor Licence. Failure to upload these documents may result in your application being rejected. Successful applicants must be available for Wembley Stadium events, which may include late evenings and weekend work.
