Workshop Foreman/Operations Supervisor

OverviewAn exciting dual role to manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop while providing hands-on technical support and motivating a great team. This is a 50/50 hybrid role involving supervising technicians, assisting with diagnostics, carrying out repair work when required, and planning/controlling the daily workload to ensure all booked work is completed within agreed timeframes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.30pm, i.e. 45 hours per week – 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid). Every other Saturday on a rota basis.
