Work closely with commercial, technical and operational teams to shape the strategy. Apply your on‑site delivery experience to build realistic, deliverable methodologies. Coordinate submission documents with the support of in‑house bid/graphics specialists. Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and strengthen pre‑construction relationships. Support post‑tender reviews and continuous improvement activity. Who this would suit This opportunity is ideal for someone who has: A strong grounding in civil engineering project delivery (Project Manager, Site Agent or similar - if you're already a Bid Manager, great) Experience coordinating design, programmes, temporary works, risk or procurement on live projects Excellent communication and organisational skills A genuine interest in moving into a more strategic, planning‑focused, office‑based role (Background in consultancy or design is also welcomed.
