Social Worker - Exploitation TeamSanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for an experienced Social Worker within the Exploitation Team, based in Yate.The salary for this role is up to £36,922 per annum.Team Supervision and Management: Supervise and/or assist in managing and motivating a team, providing guidance, advice, and feedback to ensure high-quality assessment, planning, intervention, and review, leading to positive outcomes for children. Requires knowledge of law and policy relating to vulnerable children.Support and Guidance: Use specialist knowledge to support colleagues, ensuring case work decisions adhere to procedures and professional standards.Specialist Area Development: Take a lead in a specialist area of work or service development.Casework and Risk Management: Undertake complex casework, managing risks to ensure children's safety and protection from abuse.Service Development: Contribute to service development, target achievement, and effective work delivery.Partnership Working: Collaborate across sectors, sharing information and best practices with internal and external providers.Safeguarding Compliance: Ensure case management aligns with safeguarding procedures, maintaining thresholds for intervention and statutory requirements.Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain professional records and prepare reports.Budget and Resource Management: Contribute to budget determination and fund allocation, and participate in commissioning if relevant.Requirements:A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.Understanding of relevant legislation.Registered with Social Work England.Contact: This role is advertised by Charlie Reeve.
