Job OverviewStructural CAD / Revit Technician – PermanentLocation: Liverpool, MerseysideThis structural consultancy based in a relaxed studio in Liverpool is looking to strengthen their drawing design team with an experienced structural technician. The role works on both commercial and residential projects across the North West, collaborating closely with structural engineers to produce high quality design through to completion. Projects include both permanent and temporary works. The role is unique in that the company fully utilises both CAD and Revit, working almost exactly 50/50 across both systems.ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate and detailed structural drawings using Revit and CAD.Work with structural engineers to develop designs from concept to completion.Maintain project documentation and coordinate drawings in both CAD and Revit environments.Collaborate with engineers, contractors and architects to deliver projects on time.Technical RequirementsProficiency in Revit and CAD, with ability to work independently in both systems.Willingness to learn Revit for technicians who are currently exclusively CAD.Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to teamwork and project delivery.Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 + Package | Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
