This is your chance to make a lasting impact by helping children with Special Educational Needs flourish in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment As a HLTA, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping learning experiences. You’ll deliver tailored interventions and support pupils aged 4–11 with diverse needs, including: ADHD, ASD, SEMH Speech and language difficulties Behavioural challenges You’ll work closely with teachers, lead small group sessions, and create a structured, positive learning atmosphere that empowers every child to succeed.
