You’ll help them build daily routines, gain confidence, and access opportunities to lead fulfilling lives. What You’ll Be Doing Support with purpose – Help individuals develop self-care routines, build resilience, and manage their mental health. Everyday independence – Assist with practical tasks like meal prep, medication, budgeting, and appointments. Encourage connection – Promote social inclusion and help reduce isolation through community involvement. Team collaboration – Work alongside a dedicated team of psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to deliver care plans that make a real impact. Keep things on track – Maintain accurate records and keep communication clear to ensure the best outcomes for those we support. About You No experience in mental health care? No problem.
