IT Manager – Glasgow (On-site, Full-time)

We're on the lookout for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to lead our IT function and drive both day-to-day operations and strategic improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • A strong customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering high levels of satisfaction across all areas of IT support.
  • A confident leader with presence and gravitas, who brings a proven track record of delivering results.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring smooth day-to-day system and user support.
  • A passion for developing talent, with experience in coaching and growing individuals to reach their full potential.
  • A hands-on manager who is comfortable being on-site five days a week, fully engaged with the team and the wider business.
  • Multi-site with over 400 plus users.
  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience of providing IT support services in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of IT Security principles and data protection laws.
  • ITIL, MCSE, Cisco Certified, CCNA is highly desirable.
