Senior Recruiter Specialising in Commercial RecruitmentCathedral Appointments is seeking an experienced and driven Professional Services Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Based in Exeter in fully serviced offices, we work with clients across professional services, placing talent from entry-level positions through to senior leadership roles. You’ll be comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide range of roles, delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.What You'll Be Doing:Managing the full recruitment process from briefing clients to placing candidates across entry-level to senior positionsSourcing and engaging candidates through a variety of channelsConducting interviews, shortlisting, and presenting candidates to clientsManaging client relationships and ensuring a high level of service throughout the recruitment processAdvising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and availabilityMaintaining accurate records on the CRM system and managing administrative tasks efficientlyWorking proactively to meet targets and deliver successful placementsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience recruiting across a variety of professional services rolesComfortable managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for both junior and senior positionsStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsA proactive, results‑driven attitudeMinimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)What We Offer:Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional performance‑related bonusesFlexible working hours (between 8 am – 6 pm), with full‑time or part‑time optionsHybrid working (Monday and Friday WFH); office in the heart of Exeter in fully serviced offices25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with reduced hours over Christmas (no impact on annual leave)Quarterly team events to celebrate successCycle to work schemeNHS top‑up healthcare with WPA (Level 2 covered)Annual eye testsIf you’re a motivated recruiter with a track record of success across professional services, and you want to be part of a supportive, high‑performing team, we’d love to hear from you.Recruitment Consultants: Charlotte Coke and Georgia ParkhouseReference – 11042Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
