What you will do: Lead and manage the social work team within the fostering service, ensuring high‑quality service delivery. Oversee the assessment, approval, and support of foster carers, ensuring the highest standards are met. Requirements you must bring to the role: A degree or equivalent in social work with current Social Work England registration.
