Job Title: Early years Teaching Assistant - Foundation Stage.Location: OldhamSalary: £450 - £500 per week dependent on experience and qualifications.The School and RoleDo you consider yourself to have a warm, nurturing approach and a love for learning?We are looking for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant.You will be working towards the Early Years Foundation Stage to observe, play and adapt activities and the environment to support development.Working pattern for Early Years Practitioners are Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30 Term Time only.RequirementsExperience or confidence working with children.A deep understanding of the National Curriculum framework or a willingness to learn this.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents and professionals.A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.A positive, patient and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.What we offerExcellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
