This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of training across the business, whether internally facilitated or externally sourced, while embedding a culture of continuous development. As a strategic partner to the Head of Learning and Development, the Learning Delivery Lead will oversee multiple streams of learning activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements. The role demands a forward‑thinking individual who can implement frameworks that support scalable, high‑impact learning solutions, while also managing day‑to‑day training operations with precision and agility. About You Management of a training / L&D function Experience in delivering projects across a multi‑site operation Experience in designing training solutions for a diverse audience Management of external training providers Knowledge & experience of Talent lifecycle Performance Consultancy Experience in stakeholder management Data analytics CIPD qualified advantageous Previous experience in Construction, Civil Engineering or related industries If your past experience doesn’t match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
