We are working with a dedicated Pupil Referral Unit in Feltham, committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs and providing opportunities to succeed both academically and personally.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and resilient individual to join their team as a Sports LSA/TA.

The Role:
We are seeking a full-time Sports Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to support our students in physical education and sports activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioural management and be able to engage students positively, encouraging participation, teamwork, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students during sports lessons and extracurricular activities.

*

Promote positive behaviour and support behavioural management strategies.

*

Assist teachers with planning and delivering inclusive sports activities.

*

Encourage teamwork, resilience, and confidence in students.

*

Monitor and report on students’ progress and engagement.

Requirements:

*

Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or PRU setting.

*

Strong behavioural management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

*

Passion for sports and physical education.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Ability to work as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
