OverviewAre you a Valuer in the St. Albans area looking to earn a market-leading package? If yes, our client is a successful and respected independent Estate Agent who is currently looking for a hungry, driven Valuer to join their expanding team to cover St Albans area.ResponsibilitiesThe key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.Working HoursAs a Valuer, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday, including Saturdays, on a rota basis.CompensationBasic of up to £30,000 (depending on experience)OTE of £70,000Pool car or car allowanceCareer progressionFull support from the DirectorQualificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential Property ListingStrong proven track record in winning new businessKnowledge of the St Albans marketHighly driven and motivatedWell presented with a confident mannerStrong communication skills both written and verbalA full UK driving licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
