The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part‑Time Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming school in Northfield. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting the progress of your pupils, and creating a nurturing classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons for Year 3 pupils. Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback. Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support school initiatives. Maintain accurate records and contribute to school reports. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, preferably Year 3. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
