About the Role As an A Level Computer Science Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students preparing for their A Level exams. You will play a key role in supporting student academic progress, ensuring they develop the technical skills and analytical thinking required for success in the subject. Key Responsibilities Deliver dynamic, student-centred lessons on the A Level Computer Science curriculum. Providing constructive feedback and assessment to help students achieve their full potential. Supporting students with their personal and academic development through mentoring and guidance. Developing and updating teaching resources to enhance learning. Contributing to the broader academic community within the college. Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment. About You We are looking for an individual who is both knowledgeable and passionate about Computer Science, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. You should possess: A relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g. Software Engineering, Information Technology). Experience teaching A Level Computer Science A recognised teaching qualification Strong understanding of the A Level Computer Science syllabus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
