About Us Full Guard Pest Control is a family-run business dedicated to providing safe, effective, and customer-focused pest management solutions.Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships with our residential and commercial clients.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team.Position Overview The Pest Control Technician is responsible for identifying, treating, and preventing pest-related issues for clients.This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.The ideal candidate is certified, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering reliable and professional service.Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.Install pest control equipment such as traps, bait stations, and exclusion materials.Communicate findings, treatment options, and preventive measures to customers clearly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and follow-up requirements.Ensure all equipment and company vehicles are kept clean, organised, and in proper working order.Manage your own diary.Stay up-to-date on pest control techniques, regulations, and best practices.Provide exceptional customer service to maintain Full Guards reputation for quality and reliability.Qualifications Valid pest control technician certification.Previous experience in pest management preferred.Strong knowledge of common pests, treatment methods, and regulatory requirements.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and solve problems effectively.Good communication and documentation skills.Ability to lift moderate weights, work outdoors, and handle physical aspects of the job.Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.Company vehicle and equipment for field work.Work phone provided.Training and opportunities for advancement.Supportive, family-oriented team environment.Up-Sale incentives.Yearly Bonuses. xsabvtc We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional to the Full Guard Pest Control family.
