Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Installation Electrician to join our team in Halifax. This role offers a mix of on‑site and workshop work opportunities. The Installation Electrician will install, maintain, and test electrical systems and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. Core responsibilities include: Interpreting technical drawings and schematics Collaborating with engineering professionals during projects Troubleshooting electrical systems Ensuring timely project completion Qualifications Proficiency in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, including HVAC systems, pipe fitting, and general mechanical and electrical installations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical blueprints. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, testing procedures, and troubleshooting methods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality and timely project execution. Relevant certifications in electrical installations (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, BS 7671 18th Edition, 2391 Test & Inspection).
