Job DescriptionWe are sorry but we are unable to process your request for this position.OverviewA well-established and rapidly expanding water hygiene/water treatment company specializing in legionella and water treatment disciplines is now hoping to recruit an experienced and competent Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Luton area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong water hygiene background and have experience carrying out routine duties such as shower head descales, TMV servicing and water sampling. Consideration will be given to applications from Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Stevenage, Harlow and surrounding areas with good access to the home counties / North London area.Qualifications & ExperienceGood chemical and water treatment background.Good communication skills, written and verbal.Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.Experience working in this role within the water treatment industry.BSRIA experience would be beneficial.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and carrying out temperature checks and inspections of hot and cold water tanks.Conducting routine sampling, analysing water systems, and interpreting the results.Carrying out showerhead descales, descaling, disinfection and flushing of shower heads.Dealing with TMV servicing/installations.Maintaining paperwork regarding works carried out.Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.Carrying out planned preventive maintenance on all dosing equipment as required.Carrying out CWST cleans and disinfections.RequirementsIn general, the post-holder will possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
