Base Pay Salary: up to £110,000 + strong % bonus Location: City, London (3 days in the office) A leading international Financial Services organisation with operations in over 100 countries is seeking a skilled Group Financial Controller to join its high-performing external reporting team. Working within a collaborative, technically strong finance function, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Group reporting across multiple frameworks while supporting an ambitious growth agenda driven by ongoing M&A activity. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly Group consolidations under IFRS and US GAAP. Produce Group cash flow statements and support statutory and lender reporting. Support M&A activity, including acquisition accounting and onboarding of new entities. Assess revenue recognition under IFRS 15 and US GAAP. Contribute to reporting transformation projects, including new reporting systems implementation. Collaborate with global finance teams to strengthen processes and reporting quality. Assist in the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP. Drive continuous improvement across reporting, controls, and consolidation processes. The Candidate Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA) with at least 8 years post-qualified experience Trained in practice, most likely within the Big Four Strong background in either auditing or delivering Consolidation under IFRS and US GAAP. Advanced MS Excel (Index Match and VLOOKUP formulae), data manipulation and analysis.
