A dynamic, award-winning PR agency is seeking a passionate and driven PR professional to join their team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidatewill have strong Consumer PR experience gained from a PR agencyand thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts while contributing to high-performing teams.
Specialising in Creative PR, this agency works across sectors including consumer brands, F&B, entertainment, digital, and corporate. With officesglobally,they have earned a reputation for delivering innovative campaigns that resonate within the media landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor industry news and updates, ensuring any negative or sensitive news is promptly reported to the Account Manager.
- Stay aware of key calendar dates and events relevant to client businesses.
- Regularly liaise with clients, contributing to calls and meetings, and providing updates on progress.
- Confidently update clients on specific ownership areas and ensure clear and effective communication.
- Monitor media coverage and report results to clients and the wider team.
- Maintain detailed coverage files and accurate trackers for all client media activity.
- Build and sustain relationships with journalists to facilitate product reviews, media drops, and feature opportunities.
- Oversee client social media accounts, ensuring content calendars are approved, audience targeting is accurate, and paid media spend is managed effectively.
- Contribute to monthly company meetings and attend external agency events such as cultural outings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Established PR professional with a proven track record working acrossconsumer accounts.
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.
- A strong understanding of the UK media landscape and the ability to build and sustain media relationships.
- Experience in overseeing client activity and progressing multiple projects.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable in a creative, fast-paced environment.
