Project Manager at Martin-Baker Aircraft Co Ltd Are you ready to take ownership of complex engineering projects from concept to delivery? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge aerospace solutions. What You’ll Do In this role, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with common goals while engaging with customers and suppliers to maintain strong relationships. Responsibilities Managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery. Preparing proposals, including labour hours, hardware requirements, and cost data. Assisting in contract negotiations and providing accurate cost estimates. Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and planning, liaising with cross‑functional teams. Driving engineering planning based on client requirements and resource availability. Coordinating meetings and reviews at on‑site and off‑site locations. Maintaining customer interface throughout data transfer in line with export procedures. Identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and minimizing delays and cost overruns. A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a relevant industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering or Manufacturing). Proven experience as a Project Manager.
