The role – genuinely varied, genuinely impactful Hands‑on maintenance, fault‑finding and optimisation of state‑of‑the‑art equipment: automated irrigation networks, precision climate‑controlled growing environments, high‑speed crop handling and packing lines, plus on‑site renewable energy systems. Driving continuous improvement projects that directly affect output, efficiency and sustainability. Full ownership of key mechanical systems across multiple modern sites. Collaborating with operations and agronomy teams in a fast‑moving, results‑focused environment.
