Importantly, this isn't a role where you're expected to arrive fully formed. There's a clear pathway to develop into a Senior Data Engineer, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility, broaden your technical skills and grow with the platform. The client is genuinely proud of its engineering culture and how the team works together, which is why they want people in the office 4 days a week. It's a collaborative environment, with Data Engineers working closely with AI Engineers, Analysts and Product.
