The Citi Black Heritage Employee Network has partnered with our Early Careers Team to host an insight program that promotes education, professional development and career success for the next generation of talent.Our 3 day in-person program aims to provide you with the opportunity for you to explore what investment banking is all about. The program will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you relevant skills so will be suited to those who are new to the industry.**The Program**We want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. Our Insight Program runs for 3 days and during this time you will learn more about the following business areas: Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Markets, Capital Markets, Services, Global Wealth, Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Technology. Following the program, participants will be able to apply for a place at an assessment centre in the autumn to be considered for a place on one of our 2027 summer analyst programs.**Your time here will look something like this:*** Interactive workshops* Presentations from Senior Management* Skills Sessions* Team projects and presentations* Networking/Social events**Why should you attend:*** The opportunity to learn more about Citi’s Black Heritage Network and gain an insight into a company that celebrates vibrant cultures, communities and heritages through its inclusion networks* Opportunity to learn, network and ask questions about Citi and their roles before choosing where you would best fit* Network with Citi employees and like-minded students - make fantastic industry connections**We want to hear from you if:**The program is open to all students in their first year of a three-year undergraduate course or second year of a four-year undergraduate in any discipline or Master’s course (graduating in 2028), and looking for your first exposure to the industry and the different business areas within it.**Who we think will be a great fit:**We’re looking for motivated individuals, who are eager to learn and experience working in global organization. We know that anyone – not just students with finance backgrounds – have the knack for banking so we are interested in all degree disciplines.
