Building Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE).
Pension scheme.

Building Surveyor - Job Overview
Managing and delivering a variety of refurbishment and new-build projects across the commercial, education, and industrial sectors.
Contract administration and project-based works, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring projects meet design specifications, budget, and quality standards.
Carrying out site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical due diligence.
Preparing reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and CDM regulations.
Attending project meetings and liaising with key stakeholders to drive projects forward.
Building Surveyor - Job Requirements
Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in contract administration and refurbishment projects within the commercial, education, or industrial sectors.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites within one hour of Sheffield.
