You will always encounter elements of SEN (Special Educational Needs) within the classroom, so experience or willingness to adapt lessons to meet diverse needs is essential. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Ensure consistency in teaching and learning across the classroom. Differentiate lessons to support pupils with SEN and varying abilities. Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, parents, and support staff. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
