Grounds and Maintenance Assistant Location: Bath, Somerset Responsibilities Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation. Respond to maintenance requests from guests on site. Assist with renovation projects and attend planned daily maintenance tasks. Complete any necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance. Assist the grounds team to ensure the appearance of the retreat is kept up to its five‑star standard. Assist with grass cutting and striking, edging and weeding borders and also clearing pathways. Ensure the retreat is kept clear and free of debris. Qualifications & Requirements Right to live and work in the United Kingdom. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Valid driving licence and ability to drive, as the role requires use of site buggies/vehicles. Previous maintenance or grounds experience is an advantage. Benefits & Pay Hourly rate of £12.21. Permanent full‑time position (40 hours per week across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays).
