By connecting data from multiple systems into a single fan identity, Audience Intelligence enables rights-holders to segment their audiences, uncover insights, and drive meaningful action across marketing, activation, and commercial functions.This is a pivotal role in our global product organisation. You’ll be responsible for raising the quality, usability, and coherence of a rapidly expanding suite of data tools that sit at the centre of how our clients understand, grow, engage, and monetise their fanbases. Your work will directly help clients realise value faster — including smoother onboarding, clearer workflows, and shorter time-to-value on their most important use cases — ultimately improving adoption and retention across the platform.As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll drive design across multiple product squads, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership. You’ll define and deliver the experience for some of our most complex, data-heavy workflows — spanning data management, segmentation, reporting, and campaign orchestration — all essential to helping clients personalise fan journeys and unlock measurable commercial impact.You’ll work across regions (North America and EMEA to start, with India to follow), bringing clarity to complex problems, aligning disparate systems into a cohesive experience, and building design foundations that scale. This role is for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and cares deeply about crafting elegant, powerful tools for expert users working with sophisticated datasets.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGShape the end-to-end design vision for core workflows and foundational systemsEnsure product experiences are intuitive, elegant, and cohesive across the platformPartner with Product and Engineering leads to inform strategy, roadmap decisions, and trade-offsEnhance our design system, helping drive interaction and visual consistency across our productsStreamline user experience across disparate systems – making it easy to users to execute their most important jobs to be doneDesign Execution & CraftTranslate complex data, workflows, and system logic into simple, frictionless interfacesOwn interaction design, flows, and micro-interactions with a high level of polishRaise the bar on visual design, clarity, hierarchy, and overall craftDrive improvements to the design system, contributing new patterns and componentsSolve complex system design challenges (modularity, scalability, information architecture)Research & Problem SolvingDevelop deep understanding of user needs, behaviours, and motivations through regular researchIdentify new problem spaces and opportunities across the platformPartner with PMs, engineers, and data teams to validate concepts and prioiritise workUse evidence to reframe problems and influence product directionPrototyping & TestingBuild prototypes across fidelity levels to explore and validate ideasTest concepts with users and iterate rapidlyWork with engineering to assess feasibility and constraintsWork with PMs to define requirements and user journeysCollaborate with engineering early to ensure smooth implementationCreate clear documentation and support delivery teams throughout buildAlign patterns and experiences across squads to eliminate fragmentationDesignOps & Ways of WorkingImprove how design plans, communicates, and collaborates across the wider product teamIntroduce rituals and documentation that raise quality and efficiencyContribute to building a more mature, scalable design practiceLed the redesign of the segmentation experience – improving clarity, usability, and performance –while laying foundations for a more AI-native approach (e.g., natural language querying, guided creation).Delivered a cohesive, modernised UX across the Audience Intelligence product in North America, uniting several disparate building blocks into a more intuitive experience.Evolved the design system to support greater modularity, maintainability, and speed of development.Partnered with PM and Engineering leaders to define the UX strategy across the Audience Intelligence suite, prioritising our 2026 “Strategic Bets”Improved design handover quality and consistency across product squads.Shipped a meaningful series of UX improvements that drove measurable gains in client adoption, satisfaction, and time-to-value.REQUIREMENTS5–8+ years of product design experience in B2B or data/workflow-heavy productsAbility to simplify complex systems with strong IA and interaction design fundamentalsStrong visual design craft and attention to detailExperience building or contributing to design systemsComfortable collaborating with engineering, PMs, and data teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder influence skillsAble to operate autonomously and lead design across multiple squadsBonus points if you have…Familiarity with segmentation, activation, pipeline management, or data governance UXExperience working in multi-region, multi-timezone product teamsPrior involvement in shaping design systems or DesignOps #J-18808-Ljbffr
