Job Description VP Supply Control Level B Full Time Derby / Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office) Why Rolls-Royce We have an exciting opportunity for a VP Supply Control to join our Aftermarket Operations team in Derby. With an expanding Overhaul Base Network and a flying fleet that requires our continued support we are growing our Planning & Control (P&C) team in Aftermarket Operations within Civil Aerospace. Investing in our people is critical to our future success in Aftermarket P&C. We are responsible for managing the end to end supply and demand processes across our global Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Network and ensuring that our Engines return back to our customers as efficiently as possible. As our customer demand continues to increase, it is an exciting time to join a growing high-performing team to enable Civil Aerospace Aftermarket Operations to deliver. As the VP Supply Control reporting to the SVP Planning & Control you will be responsible for enabling the execution of our ambitious delivery plans. Through your team you will: Lead the way of working with our colleagues in Manufacturing Operations Procurement and Engineering to ensure that we have the enablers in place or rapid resolution when challenges arise. Collaborate closely with our supply partners internally and within our external OHB network to ensure performance gaps are closed. Ensure that performance status against plan is transparent and ensure that key stakeholders remain informed of our progress against our ambitious supply plans. Sustain an environment to successfully engage our teams and deliver world class results. Be a key part of our planning and control organisation that facilitates excellence in customer delivery at optimal levels of working capital and functional / operational costs. Deliver on key functional accountabilities which include the design development planning scheduling and governance of all supply and value chains required by the business and the efficient and effective management of logistics.
