HR Practitioner at Leicestershire Police Support our people, ensuring they perform at their best Join us as an HR Practitioner and play a key role in delivering a first‑class HR service. You’ll provide expert operational advice and ensure a smooth delivery of key Business Plan objectives. Your expertise will guide managers on absence management and employment law and support on policy, reward, workforce planning and recruitment processes. We have a permanent and 12‑month fixed‑term position available. Responsibilities Proactively look to improve and optimise the HR service provided. Support the HR Business Partner regarding change management. Advise, support and update managers regarding policies, procedures and initiatives. Qualifications Previous work providing generalist HR advice at all levels that varies in complexity. Experience using HR Management Information Systems to input, search and extract data.
