Pastoral Support Tutor Join Chichester College Group as a Pastoral Support Tutor at Northbrook College (Shoreham). We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our fantastic Pastoral Support team on a bank/flexible basis at our Shoreham campus to provide pastoral and academic support to our full‑time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. Your work as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential and ensure they have a fulfilling experience at college. Base Pay £16.70 per hour. No guaranteed minimum hours of work. Pay is based on skills and experience. Responsibilities • Provide pastoral and academic support to learners on a 1:1 and group basis. • Deliver weekly tutorial programme sessions. • Understand learners’ support needs and adapt your approach accordingly. • Work to tight deadlines, set targets, and demonstrate proven time‑management and organisational skills. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience of supporting students, preferably in an educational setting. • Highly motivated, with strong target‑setting abilities. • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
