Responsibilities Leading the development and implementation of the Greatwell Homes Procurement Plan to ensure compliance with Procurement Act 2023 and delivery of value for money. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to understand procurement needs and provide a proactive, agile service. Monitoring business trends, product availability and total spend to secure the best goods and services without compromising quality or delivery times. Researching new products and services that support the Corporate Plan. Updating procurement policies and procedures and co‑ordinating e‑tendering activity. Managing category and supplier performance, including due diligence, contract management and maintaining the preferred supplier list. Keeping procurement documentation up‑to‑date and easily accessible on the intranet and website. Maintaining the Contract Register and ensuring compliance with Financial Regulations and Contract Standing Orders. Building strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Developing and monitoring procurement‑related risks and reporting to relevant teams. Acting as Lead Officer for Value for Money, including maintaining the efficiency register and supporting the production of an up‑to‑date VFM statement. Attending internal and external meetings with suppliers and contractors. Supporting cross‑team working and contributing to the delivery of the Corporate Plan. Access to the Social Housing Pension Scheme Location: Remote working with an option to book a desk in our Wellingborough office #J-18808-Ljbffr
