Curriculum Manager - Performance and Visual Arts Passionate about shaping the future of Performing and Visual Arts? Join our London-based Further Education team as a Curriculum Manager and lead the development and delivery of outstanding, industry‑relevant programmes that shape your students’ futures. About the Role As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and learner experience across our Fine Art, Textile, Critical and Contextual Studies, Graphics, Photography, Music, Drama & Theatre curriculum and services. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision. Collaborate with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues. Line‑manage, teach and support staff, driving performance and accountability. Design, plan and deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused curriculum programmes. Ensure compliance with funding regulations, quality assurance processes and Ofsted inspections. Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention and progression. Manage budgets and resources to deliver cost‑effective and high‑impact programmes. Prepare for internal and external audits, inspections and quality reviews. Key Qualifications & Skills Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational setting. Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance and student achievement. Strong strategic thinking, communication and people‑management skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective internal and external partnerships. Commitment to creating inclusive learning environments. Proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success. Relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain these). Experience in A‑level/Sixth Form schools or colleges.
