Contracts Engineer / Manager (Refrigeration, HVAC) We are a leading business in the heating and cooling industry. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with the right experience, based in or around Norwich. What You'll Be Doing Project manage the installation of refrigeration, air handling and air conditioning. Apply technical and organisational skills to deliver outstanding customer service, meeting unique requirements of each job. Ensure all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed. Work varied days – office, customer sites to plan jobs, advise installation team, solve problems. Act as the main contact point for customers from initial order until commissioning. Collaborate closely with in‑house installation engineers and sub‑contractors. What do you need to have? Technical skills and knowledge as a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer. Experience supervising or overseeing installation of refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers, and/or AHUs is an advantage. A friendly, professional manner and ability to form strong business relationships with customers, colleagues and sub‑contractors. Computer literate with Microsoft Office 365. Clean, current driving licence and willingness to travel to sites. Based in or around King's Lynn or Norwich, Norfolk. Willingness to complete DBS checks and criminal record checks as required.
