Due to increasing demand for the OT cyber security services provided by Bridewell, we are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team of leading OT cyber security specialists. You will have experience in both cyber security and operational technology (OT), ideally in a client‑facing role, with experience delivering complex projects and developing and maintaining senior‑level client relationships. Requirements The role sits within our OT Cyber Security team, part of the wider consulting practice. Your primary focus will be delivery of OT Cyber Security services to our clients, whilst also supporting the wider consulting practice on a range of Cyber Security projects. The majority of our clients are part of the UK's critical national infrastructure, in sectors such as energy, water, aviation, and manufacturing. The services we provide are varied and interesting, and include: Transitioning clients to a position of mature cyber security & resilience Supporting clients to implement frameworks, standards, and guidance, including ISA/IEC62443, NCSC CAF, NIST SP 800‑82, ISO 27001, HSE OG86 Helping clients identify their attack vectors Designing secure OT network architectures and perimeter defences Delivering innovative security solutions for older OT systems Authoring OT‑specific policies, processes, and technical standards Assuring cyber transformation projects Supporting selection and development of security solutions and technologies Designing OT remote access solutions What we're looking for Understanding of OT products and systems such as PLCs and SCADA Knowledge of common cyber security challenges and controls within OT environments Awareness of priorities of cyber security in OT & IT Familiarity with cyber security frameworks (ISA/IEC62443, NCSC CAF, NIST SP 800‑82, HSE OG86, ISO 27001) Understanding of the OT security threat landscape Ability to articulate impacts of cyber security events in OT environments Experience performing cyber risk assessments Familiarity with asset discovery, vulnerability analysis, threat detection tooling Expertise in an industrial sector Strong verbal communication and technical authoring skills Benefits Competitive salary 25 days holiday (plus buy/sell options) Flexible working (around core office hours) Profit share scheme Company pension Employee shareholder scheme Dedicated training budget Life assurance Cycle to work scheme Electric vehicle scheme Private healthcare (incl. gym discounts) Vision care Birthday off (after 1 year) Location Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy; however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
