Responsibilities Drive serviceability with the Product Development teams to assist in the development, testing and rollout of new Traffic and EVCI products and services. Deliver technical support in a timely manner on Traffic and EVCI products to Field Services, Tendering/Sales, HSQE and Project Delivery, engaging with relevant experts in Engineering where necessary. Maintain close working relationships with all internal customers and proactively with external customers. Work with key stakeholders to drive Field Services efficiency and productivity improvement projects. Grow our Remote Support capabilities with both the Service Operation Centre and field operatives. Drive process improvements into installation techniques and maintenance contracts. Work with the team to bring Technical Support projects to completion. Occasional travel to all parts of the UK and occasional overseas visits. Seek/identify opportunities for new business and escalating where appropriate. Contribute to the development of the business via support of local contracts and customer liaison. Qualifications & Experience Extensive knowledge of Yunex Traffic Products, Systems and Networks. Continuous personal knowledge and expert development to be a trusted technical expert. Strong problem‑solving skills for complex scenarios and implementing proactive change. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels. Proficient in preparing complex reports using Microsoft Office tools. Skilled in liaising with customers’ suppliers and internal departments, presenting information in varied formats. Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships, influence opinions and manage negotiation in conflict areas. Knowledge of IET regulations and experience with electrical systems. HNC, ONC or equivalent education level. Benefits Competitive base salary with annual bonus.
