We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join the Operations Team at the companys headquarters in central Welwyn Garden City. The role involves picking, packing, loading vans, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties. Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK and be able to lift up to 25kg. A forklift licence and delivery driving experience are advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesPicking orders with items up to 25kgChecking and packing ordersLoading vans for delivery the next dayReplenishing stock and stock checkingAssisting with goods-in as requiredBasic in-house assembly if requiredWorking safely and keeping the warehouse tidyEffective use of company IT system for all operational tasksRelief driving (where required)Your Experience / AttributesDedicated to outstanding customer service with a strong work ethicStrong attention to detail for accurate order fulfilmentReliable team player with good timekeepingAbility to lift up to 25kgGood standard of verbal and written EnglishBasic numeracy skillsKnowledge/experience in warehousing is beneficialForklift licence (counterbalance and reach) is welcomeDelivery driving experience is desirable, including driving in LondonWorking Hours8:30am - 5:45pm (42.5 hours per week)Benefits20 days' holiday rising to 25 days after six months, plus bank holidaysCompany pension scheme (after probation)Life insuranceDedicated staff rest area with TV and kitchen facilitiesUniform providedFree on-site parkingHow to ApplyIf you have the required skills and experience, click “apply”.
