We'd love for you to join us.Adaptive powers the construction CAS practices of leading accounting firms like CLA, Pinion, and Melton & Melton — and we’re just getting started.We’re looking for a Partner Account Executive to own and grow our Partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our partnerships program and deepening relationships with existing partners — driving revenue and distribution through trusted industry relationships.This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll prospect, pitch, close, and manage ongoing partner growth. If you’re excited about ownership, moving fast, and working in a high-impact environment, this role is for you.What You’ll DoDrive partner acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new partnerships with accounting firms, fractional CFOs, consultants, and other key industry players.Own the partner relationship: Build trusted, long-term relationships with our partners to help them grow their business with Adaptive.Enable partners: Deliver enablement, training, and resources to activate and deepen partner adoption.Hit quota and grow pipeline: Proactively manage your sales pipeline and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Collaborate across teams: Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner experience and capture feedback.Champion Adaptive in the market: Represent Adaptive at industry events, on partner calls, and in demos to position Adaptive as the go-to solution for construction financial clarity.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships roleProven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity environmentExperience selling to (or through) accounting firms, consultants, or channel partners is a major plusStrong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skillsHighly motivated, self-starter mentality — you thrive with autonomy and ownershipComfortable running a full-cycle sales motion: from cold outreach to negotiation to expansionCurious and coachable: you seek feedback and act on itPrior experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM a plusWhy You’ll Love It HereBuild something meaningful: help reshape construction finance for thousands of buildersHigh impact: your work will directly accelerate Adaptive’s growth trajectory and shape Adaptive's partner strategyFast-moving, high-trust team cultureCompetitive compensation, equity, and benefitsWork from Boston, with opportunities for travel and industry eventsBacked by world-class investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Emergence Capital #J-18808-Ljbffr
