Main duties of the job Main Duties Provide clinical leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, including Therapists, Mental Health Registered Nurse, Assistant Practitioners, Rehab Assistants, and Administrators. Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care for patients across the locality. Work collaboratively with other community teams such as District Nursing, Community Hospitals, and Health Care Professional (HCP) teams. Represent the service at senior-level meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Support operational management and service improvement initiatives. Experienced in leading teams and managing complex clinical situations. Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
