This position can be based from our office in Motherwell or Aberdeen. What you'll be doing Secure a future in an industry that’s enjoying significant investment Take pride in adding your talents to our focus on building sustainably Power for the future Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of engineers, subcontractors and other construction experts Take responsibility for smaller projects or sections of larger projects Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors Benefit from our sheer scale and diversity by progressing quickly and exploring professional passions and established career paths Develop and deliver the engineered solution and brief to the working party Safely and sustainably deliver activity to programme, cost and quality Monitor and record works to ensure compliance in a timely manner Support and develop an environment where the working party can thrive and succeed Effectively manage and care for the people delivering the work Who we're looking for Experience and a track record in delivering electrical engineering projects Experience of supporting large infrastructure projects within our Industry. Knowledge and experience of Project Management methodology. Strong People Management Commercial awareness with knowledge of both budgetary and financial control. Excellent relationship management skills. Full UK Driving Licence.
